This home has spacious bedrooms, the usual common areas and a shared bathroom that we all respect and keep clean after each use.
Each room is only available for 1 person.
Each room is only available for those who are currently verifiably employed.
Background check is a must for all in the household. For your 1-year rental we will request a deposit and the first months’ rent by signing date of your lease.
Your rent covers all electric, water, wi-fi, gas, and pool access bills.
