I'm looking for a male roommate between the ages of 35 and 55, gainfully employed, and prepared to pass a background check. Tenants pay electric and gas while the landlord pays water and trash.
Upon moving in, you are expected to provide the landlord with first, last, and security deposit of $1,000, which amounts to $3,300.
The room will be available on April 1st of this year.
