I am licensed real estate sales associate. I have been managing room rentals for many years. I currently have a large unfurnished bedroom for rent in Pompano Beach. Rent includes all utilities, high speed internet, pest control and 2x/month professional cleaning of common areas. The kitchen and living room are furnished. You will share a full-size fridge with 1 other tenant. You will share a full bathroom with 1 other tenant. You will have 1 dedicated parking spot. Laundry available onsite. No pets, no smoking, no partying. Room is only for 1 person. Background and credit check is required. No minimum credit score. Proof of employment/income is required. 1st month rent and 1 month rent as security deposit is required to move in. I am looking for a very specific tenant. You must be able to get along well with others. You must be able to respect the space and privacy of all other tenants. We have a -tolerance anger policy. It is unacceptable to show physical or verbal anger towards any other tenant.
