The room is "isolated" from the rest of the house due to the laundry room being in-between so you'll have plenty of privacy. My father and I stay in the other two rooms at the opposite side of the house. We're both working professionals so we're out most of the day.
We have a young German Shepherd named Kira so you must be okay with dogs especially since she'll be in the backyard which is where the private entrance is located.
Students welcome w/ guarantor. 1-car GARAGE available for an additional 200/mo for your exclusive use. For parking ONLY. If you want storage I'm open to negotiate.
