I am looking for someone to sublet my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the Surrey Downs area. The apartment is available starting now, and the lease runs until July 25. Rent is $1905 per month and water is included. The location is very convenient. It is close to Downtown Bellevue and Factoria, with quick access to I90. The Amazon shuttle stop near the Hilton on I90 is very close, which makes commuting to Seattle easy. Parking is available for $35 per month.
