Hi all, I am moving out of my room with private bathroom and it is available as early as March 16th. I am looking for someone to replace me in this apartment. * $1950 rent + $50 water/garbage. Electricity and internet separate Lived here for 6 ½ -years and looking for someone to take over the lease from me (as a permanent sub-lease) to prevent increase in rents and stick to COVID rates. The 3rd bedroom is NOT occupied, but is fully furnished to host friends and family if and when needed. This can be additionally rented out if you want for an additional cost. 7 min walk to 19th Ave/Kirkham bus stop for several tech/biotech company shuttles, Stonestown Mall 5-9 min drive down, 2 block each way from several restaurants and bars on Noreiga St and Irving St, very short-walk from Golden Gate Park and Ocean Beach a very short drive away The rest of the house is already furnished - but sharing the unfurnished and furnished photos and walkthrough video of my room (everything will be taken out) * About me (moving out): 32 YO male working in tech and love music concerts * About 2nd housemate (who occupies 2nd room): 0s male professional working in tech (hybrid). I’ve been in the Bay for 10+ years and in this apartment since 2020. I’m active, enjoy the gym, traveling, and road trips. I keep a clean, organized home and am looking for a roommate who values a tidy shared environment. About You:
