The monthly rent is $750 and the room is available on March 5. It is a month to month agreement. $500 deposit with $50 of that non refundable. All utilities are included. And WIFI. Onsite laundry room. With new washer and dryer. We are very respectful and considerate roommates. Everyone gets along great.
