Large Bedroom, comes fully furnished (last photo) with a brand new mattress and three drawers (1 large and two nightstands), fresh paint and luxury carpet flooring throughout. Parking is always available and extremely close to apartment. This apartment is located in a safe and very quiet,
"senior" community, with lots of amenities, as well as right next to many hiking trails and parks. Rent is $1500 per month, not including utilities (Gas, Electricity, WiFi). $1000 refundable security deposit (not used as rent).
Must be working full-time, outside of home. Proof of employment, income verification and credit check required. Minimum 4-month lease. No smoking, no drugs, no pets. No regular overnight guests, as rent is for one (1).
