Townhouse-relaxed community! Master bedroom with private bath in bedroom. Also, 2 large closets in bedroom. 1 adult, 1 child in home and 1 friendly cat in home. Open to 1 other cat or very well trained dog. We are not home often and sometimes do not stay overnight for a week at a time so you’ll get lots of personal space! Electric, water and internet included. Laundry in garage. Refundable deposit for $800(+$200 for pet)and rental agreement will be in place. Furniture in picture in bedroom not included but I do have a twin trundle available if name is Coral Lakes in 33909 area code-Cape Coral.
