Hi! I’m Angelica, I have one cat, I’m 23 and looking for an unfurnished room in Portland starting early-mid April. Ideally NE or SE Portland but I’m open to anywhere in the city if it’s the right fit. I’d love to join an established house with multiple roommates ideally people in their 20s and female or LGBTQ+ households. I’m very mindful about keeping shared areas clean. I like occasional movie nights or going out, but also respect everyone’s space. My budget is up to $750 a month including utilities cost. Happy to provide references if needed! A bit about me & my cat: I work in the film industry as a production assistant and also take on consistent freelance gig work locally, so I have steady monthly income. When not working, I like to work on creating films of my own and film photography as well. I’m a clean, easy going person and good with communicating. My cat is 2 years old, neutered, vaccinated, litter trained, and is very sweet. He’s not destructive but he likes to play so I just make sure to set aside that time for him everyday. He’s lived with a large dog before and did well. I’d love for the opportunity for him to be around other pets!
