Anyone with low credit trying to rent a remodeled home for their family? Private landlord here of a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhome located in a community in pecos / flamingo area. Asking for $2000 down payment. Monthly mortgage included with utilities which include w/t/s, security cameras, internet, electricity, landscaping services, pool maintenance $4500. Asking for 6 month lease. If want to continue longer than 6 months we can discuss. Dm if serious and for pics and to plan a meet up.
