Looking for roommate to renew lease

Room Available in Cedar Park – 3BR House Near Large Park & Food Trucks We’re two 22 year old male college students looking for a third roommate to join us in renewing our lease at the end of April. The new lease will be one year long, but you’re welcome to move in immediately and your rent will be covered until the renewal begins, so you can settle in now without until the new lease starts. A little about us, we’re both laid back, responsible, and focused on school/work. We’re into video games, cars/motorcycles, and keep things pretty relaxed around the house. (We don't throw any parties, though occasionally we have a couple of friends over, like once every other month) We like to keep the common areas clean and organized, and are looking for someone around our age who’s [REDACTED] with. The house is in a quiet neighborhood right next to a large park that’s great for walking or running, and it’s close to a variety of food trucks. The common areas are fully furnished — the only thing you’d need to bring is bedroom furniture. The bathroom is shared by one of us as well. The living room has a 4K TV, and there’s a screened-in outdoor patio with a table and chairs that’s great for hanging out or studying. There are also multiple areas inside the house that work well for studying or working from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge, air fryer, rice cooker, waffle maker, etc. Utilities are estimated at about $130 per person per month. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. We have a washer and dryer for clothes. No pets and no smoking.
