My house is in a beautiful neighborhood in Corona de Tucson. Anything you could need or want is just minutes away up Houghton Road. The freeway is also close to get anywhere quickly. I have a beautiful house with a large kitchen, a family room, and a separate living room. And the yard features real grass, a gazebo, firepit, tree swing, and furniture for outdoor living. There is also a large, beautiful community pool one block away that also features a hot tub. I do accept small to medium, friendly dogs here. The house is 2150 sf, and you’d have full access to all of it except personal bedrooms. The occupancy here is another tenant, me, and you (new tenant). The room is now tiled and unfurnished, but could be furnished if need be. It is a decent size at 11 x 13 feet and is available on March 25th. The other gal here and I are kind, easy going and helpful. And we are looking forward to meeting our new roommate. The bathroom is shared but it has double vanities for convenience as well as a separate shower room. There is also a whole house water filtration unit as well as filtered drinking water. I am flexible on lease types but prefer a longer lease for a long term roommate. If this sounds like something you’re interested in, plz message me. We could be roommates!
