I'm looking for a subleaser for this nice studio apartment in a great location! Appliances are all modern and everything works great. Pets are allowed with a fee. Water, sewage, garbage are not included and are 65$/month but can be negotiated. It's a block from downtown and a couple blocks from campus- a perfect location! Furniture in pictures(table, chairs, bed) can be included if wanted. Laundry is right in the hallway, shared with a couple neighbors. It is available as soon as possible and the lease ends at the end of May, though can be extended if desired. Overall, it's perfect for a student or young professional!
