Woman Housemate Needed!

I’m a single mother with two girls (9 & 14 yrs) so I need to rent a larger place with another woman who has no evictions in the past 2 yrs & has a clean criminal record. I also have emotional support pets that can’t legally be denied. My housemate would have to apply to AG Rentals to be on the lease and ok living with kids & pets. I work as an RBT at Circle City ABA, believe in God and am a good person who just needs help with rent for a larger rental! I would only expect you to pay $600-650 for 1 bedroom and the shared living spaces plus 1/3 of the utilities. I vape and only have my girls on Wednesdays and every other weekend right now so you’re welcome to have friends and/or over night guests when my girls aren’t there. I just ask you know them personally (if they are a safe person) and they I get a heads up before hand so I can clean first, lol! So like a bf/gf staying every other weekend or having some close friends of yours is totally cool though preferably where my daughters aren’t over. I don’t mind a little alcohol and nicotine just no illegal drugs! If interested, please send me a pm.
