Very safe and sought after neighbourhood. Owner occupied, sharing with one person (male, 40, professional, Irish, friendly and welcoming to all nationalities). Very clean, quiet and calm environment. House was recently renovated (warm, well insulated, triple glazed windows) with gas central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi, instant hot water, small garden, shared bathroom. Single room is bright, clean and quiet. Please note: There is no desk available and limited storage space (small wardrobe and bedside locker).
