Shared common areas include a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and in-unit laundry. Condo is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Assigned parking available. You’ll be sharing the unit with a Male KSU student. Looking for a long-term roommate, clean, reliable, and considerate, ideally a Male student or young professional. $950/month with utilities included.
