I am looking for a fellow college student roommate.
$ per month plus utilities and internet
Rent due th of each month. lease term /.
If we like the arrangement, we can look into renewing the lease.
Apartment layout:
2 bedrooms, 2 bath
Washer/dryer in unit

patio overlooking the greenbelt
living room and dining area
Private garage
Covered parking

What I'm offering:
-Second bedroom
-Private bathroom across the bedroom hall with bathtub/shower
-Bedroom includes closet, window facing the Greenbelt, room for comfortable single occupant set up
-Living room access (we can decide how to set up together, i need to redecorate/change the layout)
-Full kitchen, dining room, patio, living room access

I am looking for a [REDACTED] peacefully with me and my dog. I like to listen to music and watch TV (not trying to be in a really quiet environment). I am willing to flexible about how to set up/share the communal spaces. I have lived here for over 3 years, but my roommate is moving out. I know what it's like to move into someone else's space and It can feel strange. I want someone how is collaborative and excellent at communication to be able to make the space safe, comfortable and relaxing. I kind of have it set up like a chill yoga creative vibe and I kind of want someone who has that same vibe in mind.

My lease is up in June and so the lease takeover would honestly be as soon as possible. Ideally by the March th but can do sooner.
I want to set up interviews via doc in a public place to make it easier for everyone. I have to be punctual with the meeting times as I have many individuals inquiring. I work hour shifts Wednesday- Saturday, so I won't really be home those days. School stuff is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday.
