We are looking for a roommate to join our Newton Corner -bathroom house with parking for a lease running April through May , with some flexibility for March move-in.
Rent is $ plus utilities & WiFi (split between 4 people, usually an extra $/month), rent increases to $ on June . This second floor room is ’ and has high ceilings, a medium closet inside the room and a small closet outside the room, and four windows that are north and east facing. There’s a bathroom w/ shower stall on the floor shared with one other person and a small terrace. Accessibility: There are 5 steps up to the entrance, a full flight of stairs up to the 2nd floor, and a full flight of stairs from first floor to basement where the laundry machines are ($/dry). There is off-street parking in the driveway, and quick access to public transportation and multiple grocery stores & pharmacies. No smoking and unfortunately no more pets (there is a caged turtle in the house).
