We are offering a room inside a structured shared living home. This is not a traditional apartment rental. This is a supportive housing program designed for individuals who desire a peaceful stable and respectful environment. Our home is ideal for seniors on retirement income, individuals on disability or fixed income, individuals, rebuilding stability, and quiet adults seeking a clean structure home. We also serve veterans, seniors, returning citizens, and underserved populations. The goal of the home is to help residence, maintain stability routine in a safe place to live. The home is fully furnished with shared common areas. Utilities are included, house expectations, structure is required, quiet environment, and respectful co-residence.

This is not a landlord tenant lease and participants are entering a housing program agreement. Cooperation with house expectations, cleanliness and respectful behavior towards others in the home. The home is for individuals who want stability and peace. If you are looking for a place with no structure, this would not be a good fit. Serious inquiries only!
