Hey y’all, I’m in school and can drive up to minutes outside Towson.

Budget: ideally /month, max around w/ utilities included.

Must-haves:
• Dog-friendly (I have a large, trained dog, breed is a hound)
• Prefer a backyard for him
• Clean home + respectful vibe
• Open to roommates: we must apply together and move in together (I’m not looking to rent a room in a place where you already live.)
• Boundaries respected: I’m open to living with a man if you’re respectful and dont scream when you die in the game or make advances.
• You must have your own vehicle or transportation, I will not be giving you a ride everyday (I have mine)
• a homebody and don't like going out much, except to the pole studios.
• I like painting, drawing, arts and crafts, pottery, dancing, thrifting, cooking, playing board games, snuggling my dog and stuffing him with treats.
• Your communication has to be good, i don’t like being uncomfortable in my own house. If something bothers you speak up, but if you are someone that complains a-lot too, don’t bother please and thank you, respectfully !

Big plus if:
• You have a trained dog too
• Introverted like me
• You can cook (I can cook too sometimes)
• You’re consistent with keeping common areas clean and house rules.

Fun extra:
•I do pole dancing, so a pole in the living room is a MUST!! 😂 (if you get it, you get it)
•I do love listening to music, so if you are a music lover 💕
