The monthly rent is $805 and,approximately $100 per month for utilities. $1,250 security deposit will be required. Available now: - Private room is about 12’ x 12’.
- Located in the Kenton neighborhood, near N Montana, within walking distance of the interstate and Fred Meyer. Close to I-5 and within walking distance from the Max Yellow Line and bus lines 4 and 75.
- Sharing with three other roommates; additional rooms may become available in the future.
- $1,250 deposit (at move-in)
- One pet currently lives with us: my very friendly cat, Rune. No dogs permitted; room for one cat only.
- Smoking outside only; no heavy partying, as roommates are in recovery. Please refrain from coming home heavily intoxicated while in the house.
- Shared garden beds with ample yard space.
- Garage available for art and meditation.
- If you move in before the end of February, rent will be prorated at $28.75 per day, payable upfront. - Must apply to be added to the lease. Income verification, credit check, and background check are part of the application process.
