It also tends to stay nice and cool during the hotter months (which is nice). Great view of the Hollywood hills. AC unit in living room. Lots of street parking. In a very central location with lots of bars/restaurants/grocery stores in walking distance. minute walk to the metro. Franklin Village neighbourhood is right down the street.
