Hello! I am looking for a kind, respectful, female roommate age or older to share my -bathroom furnished apartment. I am a - year-old Christian woman, [REDACTED] a quiet and peaceful lifestyle. I do not smoke or drink and prefer someone with similar habits and lifestyle.

Details of the Living Arrangement:

Rent & Utilities: Rent is currently $ month each, plus shared utilities. Please note that the rent amount is based on income and may be subject to change for both of us after recertification.

Move-in Date: Approximate move-in date is March .

Furnished Apartment: The apartment is fully furnished, so you’ll only need to bring your personal items.

Laundry: There is a stack washer and dryer in the unit for our convenience.

Food & Toiletries: You’ll need to purchase your own groceries and personal toiletries.

Household Supplies: We’ll share the cost of household essentials (like paper towels, dish soap, etc.).

Chores: We’ll split household chores to keep our shared space clean and comfortable.

Female, +

Non-smoker, non-drinker

Must complete a rental application with the office and meet their qualifications.

My daughter will be helping me to screen candidates.
