Transit station nearby with ample parking. No smoking indoors ( friendly), but has carport, side patio, and sits on large corner lot. Prefer female, any age, seniors, especially welcomed. Small pet is fine with additional $ deposit. Two storage sheds with partial space. Bathroom is located across the hallway from your bedroom. The bathroom has a walk-in tub with shower nozzle. Your choice if you want the room furnished. Heat pump provides A/C.
I am easy going. Besides working PT, I enjoy activities with grandkids, scrapbooking and camping with family. Cooking is secondary as no one to eat/share. Unique work hours leaves little time for much more so I indulge in houseplants.
