My name is Yolanda. I am a professional looking for a roommate to occupy the second bedroom in my two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the UIC, Tri-Taylor area, starting on or anytime after Feb 28th. You will have your own furnished bedroom and a full bathroom. Criminal background check, proof of income or student status and reference is required. Elevator in the building. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air conditioning and heat in unit. Balcony off the living room. Lease is month to month. I occupy the master bedroom that has its own bathroom. Rent includes high speed internet and utilities are an extra one hundred dollars each month.
I am looking for either a male or female roommate, no couples.
Short term or long term, LGBTQ friendly. No smoking of any kind allowed in the apartment.
Non metered, street parking only.
The neighborhood is safe.
Your room is fully furnished with a full sized bed and dresser drawers, large closet, and private bathroom.
I work full-time during the day. I do not smoke. I have a small poodle mix dog who is housebroken, friendly and doesn’t shed. I will consider a roommate that has a dog but no cats. I’m looking for a roommate who is friendly, employed and responsible.The management charges a one time pet fee. The deposit move in fee is negotiable.
