The house has tons of storage throughout, plus two decks (front & back) and a huge fenced backyard — great for relaxing, grilling, or enjoying a quiet outdoor space. Free parking included, and the neighborhood is safe and peaceful, located right by the police station.

We’re also renovating the attic into a future + sq ft rental space, expected to be ready by spring — a great long-term bonus and vision for the home.

I have 3 incredibly friendly cats, and they do well around respectful, cat-friendly dogs.

I’m a clean and organized person — I tidy daily and deep clean on weekends. I work full-time in business development and train as an amateur fighter, so I’m rarely home. I’m looking for a roommate who is aligned with keeping the home quiet, clean, and respectful.
