Rent is $/month plus electric and wifi- which on an average month comes out to around a person. Rental is through Landmark. We are flexible & willing to help cover lease handover & prorate rent if moving in mid-month.

-second floor corner unit (no elevator)
-Furniture provided for the common areas, you will just need to furnish your room.
-2 minute walk from corner store market
-current tenant has a cat named Benji who is very friendly with people
