Trying to find a roommate to move into a bath apartment at Allina La Jolla, super close to UTC and UCSD. Move in date is February .

Top floor unit with vaulted ceilings and a high window that brings in a lot of natural light, as shown in the photo.

Community amenities include jacuzzi, pool, small gym, and a volleyball area. Dedicated parking spot included. No AC, heat only. Plenty of kitchen storage. Standard appliances included: microwave, oven, dishwasher.

Pets: I do not have any pets. I am not able to accommodate cats as my girlfriend is highly allergic. Pets are generally allowed with apartment approval and a fee.

About me: M, super clean (I clean right after I cook). I work as an engineer in construction management for a consulting firm and I am also doing a full time MBA. I enjoy cooking, traveling, hiking, and hanging out with friends. My schedule is flexible and I split time between working from home and the office.
