Private drive way with plenty of space to park. 3 minute walk to south St Beach and a 5 minute walk to prospect beach, m from downtown New Haven and Yale and a 5m drive to . The house has gone through some major renovations as well as a new washer and dryer. House has central heating and AC, large kitchen with a furnished living room.

About the room: Large recently renovated sqft room located on the lower floor, with direct access to the backyard with a walk in closet and private bathroom. Enough space for a bedroom and office or even a small living room
