Hello! My name is Jackie, I am years old and I am in search of a female roommate who is looking to rent a room in the Chandler area. I currently rent a casita in Chandler with two other women, but one is relocating to another city when the lease is up in next month in February.

$ is base rent. Utilities fluctuate monthly so it can range up to $ in the summer months because of AC.

I hope to find a like minded individual who values a peaceful space. You will be sharing a bathroom with the other female individual so please keep that in mind. I work full time on a hybrid schedule so I go into the office and work from home some days. I don’t drink or do any drugs so I would like the same for any interested party.
