Ive been renting out a townhome for the last 2 years in a quiet neighborhood with my 3 cats and snake the house has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. I now need someone to rent out the second room. I’m easy going and like to stay quite clean. Most the week I spend with my girlfriend so the house empty % of the time.
I look forward to the opportunity of meeting and becoming new friends/ roommate with whoever.
