We have a super large, private bedroom in a bath co-ed condo. It’s on the second floor of a two-story condo, and shares a bathroom with one other person. Very well-kept rooms and living space, with newer appliances, windows, carpet, and flooring, and tons of space. In-unit washer and dryer, and a dedicated parking space right next to the apartment. This is a very nice, spacious place to live at a very affordable price!

Renters are responsible for utilities. They are split between the 4 tenants equally. They average to be about $ a month per person. Utilities include: internet, gas, electric, water, sewage, garbage, and recycling. HOA fees are covered by the landlord.

This is a co-ed apartment, with both female and male roommates, each with their own private rooms. There are also some super cute and friendly kitties currently living in the unit, who have access to the community living spaces. (We are at the pet limit. As such, we cannot allow any more furry friends in. Super sorry!)

Bedrooms are all very spacious, and are unfurnished. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, closet, carpet, and recently installed windows. All bathrooms include a tub and shower.

We have an in-unit washer and dryer, and a balcony off the kitchen.

Parking includes a dedicated spot right in front of the apartment and tons of parking spots along the street.
