-Three other women in their early twenties live here, and they mostly keep to themselves but are very friendly and respectful!
-I am graduating from SSU in May, so I need to find a young woman to take over my lease for the summer at least, and for twelve months after, if you are also interested!
-washer and dryer included
-kitchen with multiple appliances and lots of pantry space
-shared bathroom
-No pets allowed
-has heating
-furnished (except for the bedroom)
-spacious backyard
-gardener is included, but PG&E, garbage, wifi, and water are split between tenants
-3 min drive to Sonoma State (S Section)
