Month-to-month rent with security deposit (refundable provided no damages when vacating). Move in and move out dates are prorated. All utilities (WiFi, Spectrum TV, electricity, water, trash pickup) are included. Rent includes your own driveway parking space.
There are 2 housemates (male in Master Bedroom Suite and male in Dorm Room).
Upstairs bathroom is shared with Dorm Room housemate. Half bathroom downstairs in the common area is shared.
Washer and dryer in laundry room.
No pets and no smoking allowed.
House is on a cul-de-sac in a safe, quiet neighborhood.
