It’s a historical 1922 building converted into lofts, I’m on the top floor in a two level, 2 bed/2 bath unit w/vaulted open beam ceilings & exposed brick walls in living room/bedrooms, skylights in bedrooms as well & awesome wall to wall arched windows overlooking West Broad. So I’m very laid-back, easy going, severely extroverted & never met a stranger, seeking another liberal open-minded male as a roommate & for just for the simple fact of having someone else around to share the pad with me. I’d prefer to find someone more than just for the financial aspect of having a roommate, but hopefully to become friends with in time as well, potentially being able to get out exploring this cool city doing things together too. So it would even rock for me if you have a dog, actually it’s an awesome space & dog friendly neighborhood for one, plus I’ve been considering for some time now adopting a rescue buddy myself. Well so whatever you would like to know, I’m basically an open book, so feel free to message me anytime with questions.
