This is a great spot for transfers or anyone looking for housing close to campus. Super close to University Village with plenty of food options.
Apartment: th floor (quiet)


Room: Fully furnished (bed, desk, closet, side table), private bathroom that’s twice as large as the others


Rent: $/month (utilities + amenities included). I’ll also credit $ toward your first month’s rent.


Extras: In-unit washer/dryer, clean space, no pest issues.


Note: Female tenants only (to match current roommates) & apartment is not pet friendly :(
