All beds are adjustable with remote and rooms have smart TVs installed. Large flatscreen smart TV available to anybody in the shared living room. The property has been newly remodeled by the owner and is constantly being updated for tenant comfort. Room has deadbolt and lock on it for security and privacy. The ideal tenant would be an elderly female looking for a quiet/respectful home with affordable rent.
