About the housemates: There are currently three people living in the house, two males and are UK students and one is a young professional. We value a clean and respectful home environment. We also have a friendly medium-sized dog who is very sweet, though he may bark at strangers at first.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No loud parties (small gatherings are fine)
• Quiet hours from : AM
