Empty nester looking for a forty yr. + female roommate to share a furnished house in a very quiet, over forty, gated community. The community is for adults over yrs only. Property is gated and has a pool. Must be over forty due to community rules. I work full time in the medical field. Renter’s bedroom furnished with twin bed, Private connecting bathroom. 1 large standing bookshelf,
3 large Under the bed drawers and a
closet with mirrored door. Flexible about moving out bed if preferred. To share: a large kitchen Living room with large TV

Parking available just across the street for a small fee to the community. I love small dogs but sadly allergic to cats. If you have a dog under 25 lbs, your pet would be welcome provided he/she passes the friendly test. Willing to start with 6 month lease. If it’s a good fit, we can renegotiate length of stay Roommate will need to clear credit, background check and quick interview to see if we are a good fit.
