I’m a real estate professional who works early-morning shifts at a gym and am looking to rent a room with a private bathroom in a shared house or condo with female roommates. I’m recently single, career-focused, and keep a quiet, structured routine. I’m usually out early and mainly home to rest and recharge, with one day off per week.

I’m into sound frequency healing and enjoy walking around my neighborhood during downtime. I value a clean, peaceful living environment and am not a fan of clutter. Respect, safety, and clear communication are important to me.

I’m specifically looking for my own private bedroom and bathroom in a calm, well-kept home. I’m low-key, not into partying, and would be a considerate, responsible roommate.
