Hello! My home is located conveniently close to Tampa International and twenty minutes from downtown Tampa (in the Carrollwood/Citrus Park area). It offers plenty of space for two people and has a large backyard. You will only need your bedroom furniture.

💜About me: regular M-F work schedule, super clean and super quiet. I don’t have parties at home, and after work I go to the gym, hang out with my dog, watch movies, cook, read. Love to explore new restaurants. My dog is very friendly and follows me around all day, so you’ll mostly see him greeting you at the door. He stays in his crate when I’m away from home. It’s important that you like dogs ❤️

💜Roommate preferences: someone in her thirties like myself. Respectful, clean, kind, friendly, peaceful. Willing to help with cleaning our common areas every other week. Please no additional pets, no kids.

💜Rent is all inclusive. First and last month’s rent upon moving in. Available this February.
