Hi - We are the Boyd House! We are looking for a new housemate to fill a four bedroom home. The house is near the Jans Marketplace. The monthly rent is $ + utilities and the room will be available in the beginning of February. Rent may increase with the new year, but hopefully not by much. We're looking for other -something students or professionals to fit the vibe. If you think that is you, send us a message! (Not pictured - front yard and driveway, large backyard, storage garage) Move-in deposit is equal to one month's rent.
