Very nice area within walking distance of USF, Advent & VA hospitals, stores & restaurants. I'm considerate & quite. Open to whoever brings good vibes & pays rent on time. You will need to be on a 1 yr lease, pay your app cost and half of fees. Price includes estimate of utility costs and cable. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom which is right to next it. A good size closet with 2 upper shelves. This is a very nice community. I've lived here yrs. It is pet friendly. I don't have any pets now but, I pet sit on the side and love it! If you pay the fees you are welcome to have a dog or cats. Limit is 2 pets. There are tennis courts and 3 laundry rooms. BUT, I have a W&D in unit. The back patio has a high top bar table with three swivel stools. I also love plants and have a variety. I have an equiped kitchen, furniture in living room & dining room. I am open to arranging or eliminating to accommodate your needs.
