Looking for someone to take over a lease at The Standard Four Corners starting January - July (you can easily work with management to extend the lease for the fall semester).

It is a FULLY FURNISHED, one bedroom unit with full (huge!) kitchen, living room, walk in closet & washer/dryer (inside the apartment).

This unit is an Aspen I in Bldg 2. The rent is $ per month, which is discounted from the current published rate of $. The only additional charge is for utilities which has been around $ per month.

We can also transfer over the surface level parking pass, which is $ per month. We also have a garage pass for $ if you’d prefer.

The Standard has incredible amenities such as a gym (within the same building as this apartment!), study lounges, a club house with a pool table, an outdoor pool and hot tub, fire pits & grills. They also host fun events from time to time.
