I am a full-time CMT looking for a quiet, clean room. I value privacy and a peaceful home environment.

The Basics:

• ​Financials: Reliable monthly income (approx. $K+) via employment and VA benefits. I can provide proof of income and references immediately.

• ​Lifestyle: I am pretty simple. I work, visit my kids, and return for quiet evenings and rest. I am low-key, tend to keep to myself, and don't host gatherings. I don't smoke or drink. I always clean up after myself in common areas.

• ​Schedule: I keep a chill, predictable schedule with a regular pm work schedule (T-F) and church in Sunday mornings.
