Hello, I am searching for somebody to take over my lease at the Flats on University residence. This includes a furnished bedroom with a walk in closet and a private bathroom.
Rent is $/month plus utilities. Around $ for electricity, $ for water and $ for insurance per month.
It is a women only unit with 3 roomates, all nice and respectful. One of the roomate is going to move out. Another roomate is allergic to cats. The 2 roomates staying here are often absent on week-ends and holidays. They also almost never use the kitchen or living room.
Amenities include a free gym, swimming pool, sauna, tanning beds, free printing and more.
The unit is located on the ground floor with view on a garden. The unit has a living room, a kitchen and a washing/dryer machine.
Parking is $/month.
Walking distance to Safeway and downtown fairfax. Lots of bus stops nearby.
The earliest moving date is rd of december. Maybe nd.
