Hi. I'm Jake. An early career professional who bought a house and is now adult bills. Spent my childhood living abroad in South Korea and exploring the world, now I have a desk job. Spent my high school years in the valley and now work at Intel as a systems engineer. I'm a pretty handy guy that does a lot of tech savvy and DIY projects. I am a pretty scheduled guy. gym, work, eat, sleep, repeat. Life can get boring, so I like to do fun things like hike trails, build something, crush a high score in a game, eat at some new restaurant, catch a local game.

I bought the house in June ' and renovated the whole place and moved in August . All new carpeting, paint fixtures throughout. Redid the entire kitchen and got new appliances. Made the house as energy efficient as possible with smart devices, new AC and LED lights. Refinished the pool in May .
