All utilities are included, along with toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies for the tenants to clean their room. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen, and both of those plus the common area are cleaned professionally every two weeks. Washer and dryer in the garage for use. Room has one designated parking spot for a midsize car on the property. Property has a large front yard, side garden, and backyard for use and relaxation. Landlords live in a different part of the home and do have small dogs that are kept separate from common living area.
