Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to occupy an available spot in Palisades I, Apt. twelve ten west adams blvd, Los Angeles, CA near USC. It’s a super spacious apartment with a large living room and roomy bedrooms, great for comfortable student living.

The area is very safe, with lots of USC students living in the same complex.

💰 Rent: hundred thirty usd per month (per person)
📅 Move-in: Flexible — can be from fifteenthth December or coordinated January start
